BEFORE YOU BUY
It is designed for the 54mm Breville portafilter — the Bambino and the Barista Express among them — not a generic "close enough." The tamping face is 53mm, which is the internal basket size.
Both numbers describe the same setup, which is why this trips people up. Breville portafilters are 54mm; the basket inside them is about 53mm. If your machine is a 54mm Breville, this is the right tool.
