Load your portafilter with your preferred ground coffee.
Distribute First.
- Set the Distributor side to the desired depth.
- Place your Distributor on your portafilter, press, and spin clockwise to evenly and consistently distribute your coffee before tamping.
- If the distributor doesn’t reach the coffee, you can adjust accordingly.
- The Distributor features three angled slopes that evenly and consistently move the coffee around in a circular motion.
Tamping.
- Flip the tool to the Tamper side
- Adjust the tamper side to the appropriate height.
- Apply your preferred pressure to compress the ground coffee.
- Enjoy.
